Marianne J. Charles is a founding partner of Charles & Concilio, P.C., and has been practicing law in Connecticut since 1990. Attorney Charles is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Connecticut, New York and the U.S. District Court in Connecticut.
Attorney Charles handles all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including sophisticated financial matters, property division, spousal maintenance, child support, complex custody disputes, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and post judgment matters.
In addition to representing clients through various matrimonial matters, Attorney Charles is a certified mediator and has been appointed as Guardian Ad Litem and Attorney for Minor Children. Additionally, she has served as a Special Master to the Courts aiding in the settlement of high conflict divorce cases.
Attorney Charles enjoys giving back to the community by accepting appointments as a pro bono attorney on behalf of Connecticut Legal Services. Further, she is a member of the Connecticut and New York Bar Associations as well as Fairfield County and Greenwich Bar Associations.
